What is a Refund?
A refund is a process through which you can request the return of your paid amount under specific conditions if you are not satisfied with a course or digital service provided. Every refund request undergoes a mandatory verification and assessment process.
How to Request a Refund for Courses
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchasing the course.
A maximum of 75% of the paid amount is refundable in valid cases.
Steps to Request a Refund:
Call our support team (Available from 10 AM – 11 PM)
Provide the email or phone number used during purchase
Our support team will send you a refund request form via SMS
Fill in the form accurately and submit it
Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.
Refunds will NOT be applicable if:
You have earned the course certificate
You have watched more than 5 premium videos
You have downloaded course materials
You have accessed any eBook even once
Refund Policy for Digital Services
Refund must be requested within 7 working days of onboarding
If tools (like CRM, licensed software, or third-party services) have already been purchased or resources allocated, those costs will be deducted
Remaining refundable amount will be processed within 30–60 working days after verification and approval
Refund adjustments may apply if:
Significant portions of the service work have already been executed
You fail to provide timely content, feedback, or approvals
Refunds Will NOT Be Applicable In the Following Cases:
Request is made after the refund window (Courses: 24 hours, Services: 7 days)
Core course activities have been completed (e.g., video watching, certificate, file downloads)
You purchased one-time digital content (such as eBooks)
Your service project has already entered advanced execution
Custom tools/platforms have already been purchased for your service
Delays occurred due to client-side inaction (e.g., delayed feedback or no content submission)
What Happens After You Request a Refund?
You will receive a confirmation call or SMS within 3 working days of submitting the refund request
For Course Refunds:
Your course access will be temporarily suspended
Upon approval, you will be unenrolled and all progress will be deleted
For Digital Services:
The project’s progress and costs will be reviewed
The refundable amount will be calculated accordingly
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and a confirmation will be sent via email or SMS once the process is complete.
Right to Modify
Multiverse Education Group reserves the full right to modify, update, or make exceptions to this refund policy at any time, based on internal policies or case-specific considerations.
