Visit Visa Process
- Winter Immigration does not operate on a contractual basis for visit visa applications.
- A service charge is collected before visa submission for processing, consultancy, and application preparation.
- Visa approval is not guaranteed. The decision is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.
- Service charges are non-refundable under any circumstances once services have been provided.
Study Abroad Process
- For study abroad applications, any refund eligibility will be subject to the specific terms and conditions agreed upon during enrollment and in accordance with the policies of the applied institution.
- Embassy/consulate visa refusal does not automatically entitle the applicant to a refund from Winter Immigration unless explicitly stated in writing.
General
- By engaging Winter Immigration’s services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
E-learning Course refund
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which students may request and receive a refund for courses purchased on the Winter Immigration. By purchasing a course, you agree to this policy.
1 Eligibility for Refund
- Students are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and the course progress is less than 10%.
- Refund requests made after 3 days or if more than 20% of the course has been accessed will not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund, students must contact Winter Immigration support at info@winterimmigration.com with their order details and reason for the refund.
- Refund requests must include the course name, purchase date, and registered email address.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- No refunds will be issued for courses purchased on sale or as part of a bundle.
- Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction due to personal opinions or changes in personal circumstances (e.g., no longer interested, no time to complete the course).
- Students who have violated Learn24hrs' Terms of Use are not eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
- WI not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
5. Course Cancellations WI
- If a course is canceled by Learn24hrs due to instructor issues or platform errors, a full refund will be issued regardless of course progress.
6. Changes to This Policy
- WI reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
Refund Eligibility for Air ticket.
- Refunds may be eligible under certain circumstances, such as flight cancellations, schedule changes, or medical emergencies.
